All purchases on NORWEGIANFYSIO website are processed through Vipps. The amount is charged immediately upon ordering. If you have any issues with payment or questions, please contact us at post@norwegianfysio.com.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. To use the right of withdrawal, please contact us at post@norwegianfysio.com for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

3. Returns and Refunds
Products returned must be in the same condition as when received. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible, typically within 14 days.
