Founder and developer of NORWEGIANFYSIO

Henrik Pay is a physiotherapist (MSc in Sports Physiotherapy) with over 25 years of experience in treatment, teaching, and the development of physiotherapy internationally. Throughout his career, he has helped and trained thousands of physiotherapists and patients, and is known for his holistic and results-oriented approach.

Henrik has pursued further education through IUPP and is certified to perform ultrasound scanning as part of his clinical assessment. He is also trained as a cross-country skiing coach by the Norges Skiforbund (NSF), and has several years of experience as a professional coach.

As one of the founders of the Neurac method and a key collaborator in the development of Redcord AS, Henrik has helped shape a Norwegian treatment philosophy that is used globally. He has also developed his own concept, the NorwegianFysio Tripod Insole System, a specially designed insole concept for optimal function and load distribution. In addition, he has taught as a lecturer in podiatry and orthopedics at Folkeuniversitetet Nydalen.

Through many years of work with both athletes and patients with musculoskeletal conditions, Henrik has developed the FysioPerformance method—a system where the goal is not only to become pain-free, but to achieve better function and performance in everyday life.

Henrik’s philosophy is summarized in the concept PAY – Plan, Act, Yield:
a holistic approach that helps each individual take an active role in their own recovery and development.
